This includes ensuring implementation of the individuals services, goals and outcomes in relation to program-based and community inclusion activities.
In addition, the Direct Support Professional is directly responsible for the individuals overall physical and emotional well-being.
Qualifications High School Diploma, GED or CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) strongly preferred but not required.
One year or more experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
Valid NYS driver's license preferred but not required HeartShare requires all new hires to provide proof of the COVID-19 vaccination prior to their start date.
